Facilities Management

Facilities Management includes both the Leasing and Operations and Maintenance of DMS-managed facilities.

Our Bureau of Leasing administers public and private leasing and oversees parking services statewide. While our Bureau of Operations and Maintenance is responsible for the daily operations of the DMS-managed facilities, providing cost-efficient, accessible, clean, and safe work environments.
