Application for Use Form (msword 72.50 kB) Guidelines for Use of State Property (msword 982.00 kB) Capitol Center Map (pdf 285.03 kB) Capitol Complex Art Exhibitions (DOS) For Capitol Complex Events 2013 Applications for space during the 2013 Legislative Session will be accepted beginning Monday, March 12, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. (EST), in conjunction with the House and Senate Sergeant’s Offices schedules. Applications received prior to this time and date will not be processed. The 2013 Legislative Session begins Tuesday, March 5 and ends Friday, May 3. The Application for Use form (msword 72.50 kB) may be used to reserve the Front Steps of the Historic Capitol (facing Monroe Street), Courtyard (between the Historic and New Capitols, includes Back Steps of the Historic Capitol), Plaza Level Rotunda (first floor of New Capitol), Waller Park (facing Duval Street), and the 22nd Floor (check “Other” and indicate 22nd Floor). Deposits for use of the 22nd floor do not have to be submitted at this time. It is recommended that dates for first choice, second choice and so on be provided in the event we are not able to accommodate your first request. The House and Senate Porticos and the 2-3-4th floor Rotunda areas of the Capitol are also available for use. Please contact Vicky Summerhill (House) and Laura VanBlaricum (Senate) to reserve.
