For Capitol Complex Events 2014
Applications for space during the 2014 Legislative Session will be accepted beginning Monday, May 6, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. (EST), in conjunction with the House and Senate Sergeant’s Offices schedules. Applications received prior to this time and date will not be processed. The 2014 Legislative Session begins Tuesday, March 4 and ends Friday, May 2.
The Application for Use of State Property form (msword 72.50 kB) is used to reserve the Front Steps of the Historic Capitol (facing Monroe Street), Courtyard (between the Historic and New Capitols, includes Back Steps of the Historic Capitol), Plaza Level Rotunda (first floor of New Capitol) and Waller Park (facing Duval Street).
The 22nd Floor Rental Request form (msword 130.00 kB) is used to reserve the 22nd floor (Observation Deck) of the new Capitol. Deposits for this space are not required at this time.

It is recommended that dates for first choice, second choice and so on be provided in the event we are not able to accommodate your first choice.
The Senate Portico and the House and Senate 2-3-4th floor Rotunda areas of the Capitol are also available for use. Please contact Amanda Daughtry (House) and Laura VanBlaricum (Senate) to reserve.
