Florida Emergency Supplier Network (FESN)

The FESN project will:

  • Identify and group needed commodities and services by type and/or distribution channel, based on experience
  • Solicit suppliers of emergency commodities and services for membership in the FESN
  • Obtain from suppliers a record (data sheet) to include emergency and off-hours contact information, product lists, inventory information, company profile, and emergency operations commitments and capabilities
  • Provide a contract for suppliers, committing to an appropriate service level during declared emergencies
  • Issue a certificate to member suppliers as members of the Florida Emergency Supplier Network
  • Collect and organize the information and make it accessible to government buyers during emergency operations.

If your company wishes to be considered as a Florida Emergency Supplier Network member, complete and submit the supplier record and agreement to the Florida Division of State Purchasing per instructions on the following page:
