    Description

    This state term contract includes equipment maintenance management services that maximize uptime of covered equipment (e.g., communications, data processing, facilities, mail processing, and office equipment). This contract also reduces equipment maintenance and repair costs without sacrificing the quality of service. The contractor is paid by the cost savings produced by the review and subsequent implementation of the services.
