SUNCOM TELEPHONY EQUIPMENT PREMISE-BASED SERVICES

DMS is pleased to introduce STEPS, a new comprehensive solution for acquiring premise based pure IP and/or IP enabled telephone/communications systems to address your telephony requirements far beyond a basic telephone system. Integrated with our SUNCOM voice network services and MyFloridaNet, STEPS offers an end-to-end, complete turn-key, integrated telephony solution with a Vendor Management Option. To provide better service and reliability, DMS has incorporated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) into STEPS to back up SUNCOM requirements for superior performance.
