- ACD = Allowable Contract Date - the earliest date that an applicant can sign a contract for contracted services or enter into an arrangement fortariffed (T) or month-to-month (MTM) services with a service provider. This date is always 28 days from the posting of the FCC Form 470 and/or the public availability of the RFP (if one is issued), whichever is later. From the USAC E-rate Glossary of Terms ( )

† The STEPS Contracts with Avaya, Cisco and Siemens end on 09-02-2014. DivTel is working with agencies for issuance of supplementary support of the procured systems beyond the termination date. If you are currently renting equipment, please contact DMS to discuss plans for the next 3-5 years.
§ Some customers may be billed directly by the provider. Customers billed directly by the provider should file their own E-rate application for the direct-billed service. If you are unsure if your organization is direct-billed by the provider, please contact the product manager.
‡ In some situations, customers may be directly billed by provider for this service, rather than receiving bills from DMS. Direct-billing by provider may occur if any of the following are true: 1) the customer subscribes to both local (Centrex) service and switched or/and dedicated long distance services through SUNCOM, 2) the customer needs access codes included in their monthly billing statement, 3) the customer applied for and received E-Rate assistance for this SUNCOM service prior to FY13-14. Customers billed directly by the provider should file their own E-rate application for the direct-billed service. If you are unsure if your organization is direct-billed by the provider, please contact the product manager.
** An amendment to this contract is currently in negotiations which may impact billing structure.
†† Only Wireless Air Cards are billed through DMS. All other equipment or services will be directly billed to the customer by the provider.
