Classification & Pay Plan
Effective July 1, 2002, the State of Florida adopted a broadband classification system. These classification and compensation plans and the new broadband system should be used for the purpose of classifying and compensating positions in the Career Service (CS), Selected Exempt Service (SES) or Senior Management Service (SMS).
