- Information Release 2012-159 - April 23, 2012, - Revised Definitions of Regularly Established and Temporary Positions under the Florida Retirement System for Specified Water Management Districts effective October 1, 2012 (distributed to all water management districts established under Chapter 373, Florida Statutes Payroll/Personnel Officers and Retirement Coordinator). This information release includes the reporting requirement changes for these specified water management districts beginning with the October 2012 retirement file.
- Information Release 2012-158 - April 23, 2012, - Retirement Contribution Rates for 2012-2013 for the State Community College Optional Retirement Program (distributed to all State Community Colleges Payroll/Personnel Offices and Retirement Coordinators) This information release publishes the retirement contribution rates for July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013, for members of the State Community College Optional Retirement Program (SCCORP).

This information release publishes the retirement contribution rates for July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013, for members of the State University System Optional Retirement Program (SUSORP) and the Senior Management Service Optional Annuity Program (SMSOAP).
- Information Release 2012-155 - April 23, 2012, Retirement Contribution Rates for 2012-2013 (distributed to all FRS Agency Heads and Retirement Coordinators). This information release publishes contribution rates effective July 1, 2012, for active and renewed members of the FRS by plan and class code, including rates for the unfunded actuarial liability (UAL), the Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy (HIS), and the assessment for FRS administrative/educational costs. Rates are also provided for the Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP) and optional programs. This release includes a schedule of dates that contributions and payroll reports are due in Fiscal Year 2012-13.
