The Online Services link takes you to Retirement Online, a secure website for retirees and other payees of the FRS Pension Plan. By logging into your secure Online Services account you can access many features affecting your confidential personal information, including:
|
- Maintain your account Profile including your user name, password and e-mail address;
- Update your federal tax withholding;
- Update your mailing address and phone number;
- View and/or print your most recent benefit payment information (“benefit stub”) and recent payment history including your tax withholding, insurance deductions and Health Insurance Subsidy payments;
- Print a pension verification letter (awards letter);
- Select delivery options (Communication Preferences) for uninterrupted mailings;
- View and/or print IRS Form 1099-Rs since tax year 2000.

- SBA - Florida State Board of Administration is the State Agency that manages the investment of the FRS Trust Fund and administers the FRS Investment Plan.

IRS 1099-R Form
Note to payees who received benefits in calendar year 2011:
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 1099-R, is now available on the Online Services page under “Account Information.” If you chose to receive a paper copy of Form 1099-R, we used your mailing address on file as of January 4, 2012; you should receive your form by the end of January 2012.
2012 Federal Tax Tables Changes
Federal tax withholding rates were changed effective January 1, 2012. The updated rates will reduce the tax withholding amount for many retirees, beginning with their January 31, 2012, monthly retirement benefit.
Notice
A new Online Service feature, introduced for your convenience, is the ability to adjust your federal tax withholding (Form W-4P) online. After logging in to your Online Services account you are now able to view and change your current Federal Tax Withholding information.
