Division of State Group Insurance
The Florida Department of Management Services' Division of State Group Insurance (DSGI) offers and manages a comprehensive package of pre- and post-tax health and welfare insurance benefits for active and retired state employees and their families, including:
- a variety of health insurance options
- flexible spending and health savings accounts
- life insurance
- dental, vision, and other supplemental insurance products
The mission of DSGI is to continually develop and offer a comprehensive package of insurance benefits to state employees and retirees in a cost-efficient and prudent manner, allowing members the option to choose benefit plans that best suit their individual needs.
