Join the Office of Supplier Diversity and representatives from federal, state, regional, and local governments for our new event for Florida-based woman, veteran and minority small business owners.

The Supplier Diversity Exchange will include training, workshops and presentations by professionals from the Small Business Administration, Small Business Development Center, as well as representatives from state, local and regional government entities.

What makes this event so exciting? The Business Exchange, one-on-one interview sessions during one portion of the day, allows small business owners to meet with state and local agencies' procurement professionals to market their goods and services.

Important Registration Information 
  • Registration closed March 18 at 5 p.m. EDT
  • This is a free event and walk-ins will be welcome; space will be limited.

One-on-one Interview Appointments:

  • All registered attendees (as "Business" and "State Certified..." received email invitations (from Office of Supplier Diversity) with instructions on how to book appointments for the Business Exchange portion of the event in the afternoon (one-on-one appointments) .
  • The online appointments closed on March 18 at 5 p.m. EDT. 
  • There will be a block of time on the day of the event to make new, and modify, appointments. To do so, you must be at the event before 12:45 p.m. EDT. 

Registration Types:

  • State Certified Woman, Veteran or Minority Business :  
    • A person representing a business that has been certified by the State of Florida's Office of Supplier Diversity as a woman-, veteran- and/or minority-owned business.
  • Business: 
    • A person representing a business that has not received said certification.
  • State Agency:  
    • A representative from an agency or other entity with the State of Florida; will participate in the one-on-one appointments.
  • Other Organization:   
    • A representative from another government entity or municipality (city, county, university) or business organization (SBA, NAWIC, Chamber of Commerce); will participate in the one-on-one appointments.

  • All of the speakers and agencies participating in the event are welcome to provide information about doing business with their organization. Please contact the Office of Supplier Diversity at 850-487-0915 with questions and details on contributing to the attendee hand-out folder.
