Event Description

The Office of Supplier Diversity and the University of Central Florida are please to present the 2018 Orlando Supplier Diversity Exchange.  The event will include training, a panel discussion, networking opportunities, and scheduled one-on-one interviews.

 

Scheduling your One-on-One Interviews During the Business Exchange

Suppliers & Small Business Attendees: after completing your registration and prior to the event, you will receive an email with a survey asking you to select the top agencies and organizations you would like to meet with.

Interviews are scheduled based on the order of the completed surveys. Complete this survey as soon as possible to secure interview appointments with your top choices.

We do our best to match attendees with at least four of the top six entities selected.

Parking

UCF Parking Garage B located at 4799 Hydra Ln, Orlando, FL 32816 is the closest parking area to the Live Oak Event Center. Parking Lot B-9 is another parking option.

For Registered Event Attendees:

  • Prior to the event, registered attendees will receive an email with an event code for FREE parking. The event code must be entered at the parking garage pay station. Once the code is entered, a ticket will print from the pay station and that ticket must be displayed on the vehicle’s driver side dash. 
  • The event code is valid for student parking lots and garages. These lots are marked with green signs that include the letter ‘D ’, which denotes a student permit. 
    • Faculty (B), Staff (C), and specialty spaces are prohibited .

For Event Attendees Who Did NOT Register:

  • Event attendees who do NOT register will need to purchase a parking pass for $5.00 from pay stations in the garage. You can also purchase a pass at the Visitor and Parking Information Center located at the corner of Central Florida Boulevard and Gemini Boulevard South.
  • The pass will be valid on all of the “D” parking lots and unreserved garages.

The University of Central Florida has guest Wi-Fi available for attendees.
