Tenant Guide

DMS strives to provide our tenants with the best accommodations and customer service possible. We accomplish this by teaming with your agency’s designated representative who serves as a liaison between our agencies. Your agency representative is responsible for working directly with our DMS facilities manager (Adobe PDF Document 12.24 MB) to address any facility issues or requests, as well as to communicate all information and correspondence from our agency to your management team. At the time of your lease execution, we encourage your agency representative to contact the DMS facilities manager and to become familiar with our tenant guide. The tenant guide (see links below) provides you important information related to the DMS-managed building where your employees work to carry out your agency’s priorities.
