Capitol Complex Events
The Department of Management Services is pleased to assist citizens, legislators and sister agencies in reserving space at the Florida Capitol. Before completing an application requesting state space, please carefully read the Use of State Space Guidelines (). For more Capitol information, please visit the Florida Capitol web page.
Please note: Major construction is underway at the Florida Capitol. In addition to the State Space Guidelines, please exercise caution and leave no vehicles unattended near construction sites. Participants must use caution and remain clear of construction equipment and vehicles.

State Use Property Reservation - Application Form
Reserving NON-DMS spaces:
Please note, the Department of Management Services does not handle the reservation request or approval process for the Florida Historic Capitol Museum or spaces controlled by the Florida Senate or Florida House of Representatives. Please review the following important contact information for spaces that are not managed by DMS:
- The Legislative Porticos and Rotunda areas (2nd and 3rd floors) are available. For more information, please contact the appropriate Sergeant at Arms Office:
- House side - (850) 717-5700
- Senate side - (850) 487-5224
- The Historic Capitol Museum interior is available. Please call the Museum at (850) 487-1902.
- The Capitol Gallery is handled by Florida Division of Cultural Affairs. Information is available on their website.
