This learning path is intended for agency customers responsible for using the Vendor Bid System (VBS) to advertise competitive solicitations.

First step: View the VBS Manual ( 452.39 KB). 

Second step: View the list of upcoming vendor training registrations, register and take all of the following courses. Please note that certain courses are only offered once or twice a year.
