MFMP 3.0 Upgrades

It’s time to upgrade MyFloridaMarketPlace!

Upgrading to a new version of the MFMP software includes activities such as installing and completing development and configuration activities related to the software, installing a new technical architecture, replicating the 300+ current customizations, testing and conversion activities, customer training and communication activities. As you can see, over the next 18 months we will be heavily involved in the upgrade activities.

MFMP 3.0 Analysis Upgrade

  • Analysis upgrade  planning will begin in January 2010
  • Development will start by Spring of 2010
  • User Acceptance Testing and Training Activities will take place Summer of 2010
  • Go-Live is currently targeted for September 2010

MFMP 3.0 Buyer Upgrade

  • Buyer upgrade  planning will begin in September 2010
  • A "code freeze" (i.e., code changes to the current system) will be in place beginning late November 2010
  • Development will start by December 2010 (with subsequent activities such as testing and conversion to follow)
  • User Acceptance Testing and Training Activities will take place Summer of 2011
  • Go-Live is currently targeted for early September 2011
