Message

MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) thanks you for doing business with the State of Florida through the state’s eProcurement system. Since MFMP’s inception, the MFMP vendor database has grown significantly, and currently, more vendors are registered in MFMP than conduct business with the State.

On Nov. 15, 2018, the MFMP team will review and inactivate vendor accounts that have not recently conducted business with the State of Florida.

MFMP will not inactivate vendor accounts that meet any of the following criteria:

  • Logged into the MFMP Vendor Information Portal (VIP) as of July 1, 2016;
  • Logged into MFMP Sourcing as of July 1, 2016;
  • Received an MFMP purchase order as of July 1, 2016;
  • Received payments from the State of Florida as of July 1, 2016;
  • Validated Office of Supplier Diversity Certified Business Enterprise certification as of July 1, 2015;
  • Associated to a state term contract or alternate contract source in MFMP; or
  • Vendor is a prequalified contractor for the Florida Department of Transportation.

You can verify your Vendor Status in the Vendor Information section of your MFMP VIP account. To keep your MFMP registration active, you must log into your MFMP VIP account or MFMP Sourcing account before 6 p.m. ET, on Nov. 15, 2018.

If you have any additional questions about the vendor inactivation process, please contact the MFMP Customer Service Desk at 866-352-3776 or at VendorHelp@myfloridamarketplace.com
