The State of Florida launched several initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life, and integration of individuals with disabilities in the workforce. These initiatives are outlined in Chapter 2016-3, Laws of Florida, and include:

Accessibility (Physical and Virtual)
A disability-inclusive workplace is an accessible workplace. This includes physical accessibility and digital accessibility, where information and communication technology is accessible to all and/or compatible with assistive technology devices. The key is to ensure doors are open—literally and figuratively—to all qualified individuals, including people with disabilities.
